Service Description
Balanced Bliss is a perfect way to end the weekend. The hatha style class incorporates more lengthening (langana) poses that allow you to ease into your evening, relax muscle tension and connect the mind with the body. Areas of focus will rotate, some examples being neck and shoulders or hips, hamstring and low back. Some strength based poses may be incorporated followed by more restorative poses. Breath practice and meditation is included in class. Balanced Bliss is designed to leave you feeling good and refreshed! All levels, ages and abilities welcomed, this is a beginner friendly class! Yoga props are used regularly to promote alignment and support to deepen poses. Students are encouraged to listen to their body and Bairet is happy to answer questions before and after class!
