This class will primarily be vinyasa yoga (or “flow yoga”). In a vinyasa or flow practice we strive to link the body and mind together through movement and breath. Our breath will guide our entire practice as it will allow us to move fluidly (building heat, strength, & flexibility) and to find stillness (aiding in mindfulness, focus, and balance). My goal is that students leave with less tension, more peace, and a deeper mind/body connection. All experience levels are welcome!
