Service Description

This group's intention is to empower students as individuals and as a group, to provide support for each other through open communication while sharing resources and maintaining an environment of trust, and to provide an environment of safety and friendship where everyone feels comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. Different topics will be offered each month with opportunities to be present and to help each other through life's changes and challenges. Meet the life coach: Lisa Dempsey is a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, Teacher, and Author. She has over 20 years of experience in social work, education, and energy healing. "Now, more than ever, it feels like people need to find ways to manage stress, anxiety and depression as well as find a better way to live their purpose. So many people hold stress in their body, mind and spirit and cannot move past some of the heaviness in their lives. I want to help them with this. I continue to find myself wanting to do more to help our society and reach more people so they can share their light with others. My intention is to help my clients feel ‘rooted’ in themselves, feel empowered and able to move forward with confidence and courage.
