Service Description

This workshop prompts us to revisit our past, bring awareness to our present, and envision our future. We will match colors to the emotions each space of time brings up for us and then paint what flows. There is no right or wrong way to express yourself in this space. This workshop is meant for all, and maybe even especially for those who might find themselves uttering the words “I’m not creative”. *All supplies will be provided. Hosted by Kara White, Mindset & Energy Coach, Emotion Code Certified | Kara began her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist before following a calling to Ministry work, and then settling into Mindset & Energy Coaching. She provides a compassionate, judgment-free space to people seeking transformation in their lives by helping them better understand themselves and do deep inner work to set themselves free.
