Sara's slow flow yoga contains fewer postures than other flow-style practices, allowing more space to explore alignment and sensation within each pose and in the transitions between poses. The slow pace of the practice helps the busy/active mind to find a calming reprieve in the present moment, allows time and space for mindful breathing, and increases stability, balance, and resilience. All levels are welcome! Sara is a trauma sensitive trained yoga instructor and is a certified TRE (Tension, Stress, & Trauma Reducing Exercises) provider, breath work coach, and emotional well-being coach.
