Bring your hand drum, use one of our extras, or simply sit or lay and receive vibrations for letting go of any stuck energy in your body and in your auric field. Led by Jay Peterson, we will have a variety of adventures using the power of the drum to let go of the monkey mind, open up the heart, and step into new energy of self healing and manifestation. Research has proven that drumming can accelerate healing, boost the immune system, and aid in releasing emotional trauma. In today’s world, we can all use more of that! *No experience necessary!
