This spring and summer, take a deep dive into self-discovery as we take you on a journey with our “I am...” campaign! This journey will take you through classes, special events, email and social media prompts, games, challenges, and quizzes--take time to shift focus from WHAT you do to WHO you are, claiming a deeper, more personal identity and honoring your true self! We’re kicking of our “I am...” campaign with a *FREE* event! We would love to have you join us in the studio for centering, interactive activities, enhancing self-discovery, connection, and shared stories.
