No one truly prepares us for the shift of perimenopause—the sudden anxiety, the weird sleep, or the feeling that your body is no longer your own. We created this retreat because you shouldn't have to navigate this season alone. We believe every woman deserves to feel educated, heard, and deeply empowered to thrive through this transition. This isn't just a day retreat; it’s a hands-on workshop for your well-being. You will leave not just with information, but with felt experience in: Nervous System Regulation: Learn and practice real-time tools to move from 'fight-or-flight' into 'rest-and-digest,' creating the calm your body craves. The Gut-Hormone Connection: Discover how your gut health directly impacts your estrogen and progesterone levels, and how to eat for hormonal harmony. What to Expect (The Logistics) While our focus is on your transformation, your time with us will be filled with: Movement: Gentle, hormone-balancing sessions like yoga and somatic movement plus even a little strength training. Educational Talks: Emily and Jamie will lead workshops on nutrition, hormones, the age of life transitions, and the nervous system. Connection: Honest, collaborative time in sharing circles with women who 'get it'. Nourishment: A high-protein, gut-loving meal (plus snacks) designed specifically for hormonal balance. Meet your facilitators: Jamie Wilson - I am a Mental Health Therapist and Mobile Crisis Responder specializing in trauma, addiction, grief, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based therapies with holistic practices including yoga, Reiki, and sound healing. I am also a wife, mother of two teens, avid gardener, documentary lover, and lifelong learner navigating midlife and perimenopause alongside many of my peers.
