Service Description
As our bodies change through the years, so must our health strategies. This strength training class is designed to support and challenge the aging body, male or female. Every class will be filled with body weight exercises to support all realms of movement (no equipment necessary!). We will do specific exercises for pelvic floor health (YES, men need this too!), joint mobility, and increasing strength with everyday movements, in combination with traditional strength training exercises. This class is geared towards all levels of strength. Modifications and accommodations are part of the practice.
