This traditional style Hatha yoga class balances the body and mind through physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Postures are gently held with attention to alignment, breath, and embodied awareness. Areas of focus will rotate each week and are designed to cultivate strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels, ages, and abilities are welcome!
