In this class we will promote all-around health engagement for optimal aging. We will include: ~focused body weight exercises to improve stability and mobility; ~stretching to gain flexibility and range of motion; ~breathing techniques to aid in anxiety reduction, focus on concentration; ~physical and cognitive brain drills to maintain a healthy brain and help reduce the risk of cognitive decline. Together, we can understand the benefits of exercise and engagement while having a fun, safe and non-judgmental environment for all. No matter your age or ability, this class can be adapted to increase effectiveness and control your intensity, depending on exactly what you need in the moment.
