The hatha style class incorporates breathwork, meditation, and engaging and lengthening poses that allow you to ease into your day, relax muscle tension, and connect the mind with the body. Areas of focus will rotate, some examples being neck, shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and low back. Stretch & restore is designed to leave you feeling stretched, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead!
