Service Description
Give your mind and body permission to fully rest. This practice will lead you through some gentle movement to get in tune with your body and will then move into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to help unplug, exhale, and reconnect with yourself. Yoga Nidra is a practice that moves through our koshas to access the subconscious mind with our sankalpa or our intention. Unlike meditation, yoga nidra is a fully guided, structured practice that you can surrender into while guiding your brain into an experience that often mimics deep, restorative sleep. Recommended to wait at least 1-2 hours after eating to practice yoga nidra (or 30 minutes after a light snack) to prevent any physical discomfort while reclined.
